There's nothing (feasible) that will cool your engine better than pure water. All that shite you see stating that it'll make your engine run 20deg cooler is pure bullshit.
Don't listen to a word that Delboy prick comes out with. He hasn't got a clue what he's talking about, and just spouts shit to suit whoever gives him free shit and/or money. He's the worst type of paid shill. The type who knows fuck all and puts people in danger with his bullshit.

I put water wetter in my blade racebike and it helped considerably. Had it in cartegena for 3 hard got days and at the end of the sessions the bike was running easily 5 to 10 degrees cooler.

I've just bought some for my 600rr as well, it ran very hot last time I was in Spain ( up to 100 c) as the track is fairly tight with few straights, I was hoping this would help keep things cooler, I've been told its a common problem with the 600rr when used on track.

Is the water wetter a waste of time or what? (cant watch imbedded vids on the phone for some reason)

At the end of the session by the time I'd get back to the pit and turn off the bike the blade was getting near 100. With the water wetter it was between 90 and 95.

But 100C is nothing on a modern engine.

My understanding of it is that, the hotter the water is kept the quicker it can absorb excess heat from the engine and then disperse it into the radiator. That's the idea of pressurising the system, so it can run these temps without any problem and work better than water at a lower temp & pressure for a given rate of flow.

Why did you need it at less than 100deg?
100 degrees is perfectly normal

The hotter (to a degree ('scuse the pun)) a cooling system is, the more efficient it is.

I know 100 is fine but I just didn't want it going any hotter. Them Honda's love getting hot especially in Spanish weather so I tried the water wetter out of curiosity.
