The problem wasn't my no claim, the problem was mostly the minimum residency requirement. It was a problem 2 days ago but for some reason it was perfectly fine yesterday.... you know... insurance companies are very consistent :)

irish roads and drivers are appalling and will force bikes off the road or take chances, knowing you will come out the worst. Thats a fact. Not trying to scare you off, but its a reality.
