Default Top yokes uk.

Howdy folks.
Has anyone on here ever had any dealings with a company called cool and comfy top yokes uk.

I ordered a kit 27 september paid in full and selected not to have it powder coated black because it says on their site if you buy it without being power coated its usually dispatched within 48 hours.6 weeks later and no sign of the kit yet.contacted them the week before last was told they had a machine breakdown and it had held up production but that they were back on track and my kit was complete and would be dispatched that week.

Still no sign of the kit today emailed again this morning asking for either the kit to be delivered this week or my money back.got no response.

To be honest if i had known they were this bad to deal wit i wouldnt of bothered i would of just ordered an arb kit from germany.they are a bit more expensive but at least id proably have it by now.

Id be interested to kno has anyone else here had any experience with them and was it good or bad.

I’ve had a couple off them, a while ago mind. Found them to be spot on. Not sure if it’s a one man band though so anything packing in will hold things up.
Not much use to you really,,

Have you paid?
If so, how did you pay?

Have you asked them for a refund?

Just looked at the website and it seems up to date. It does say that delivery to European countries is 21 working days, seems a long time, especially to here anyroads. So, if their has been a problem with the machines or whatever that won’t help. It’d be quicker to get the stuff delivered to family or a mate over there and get them to forward it.
The stuff kit I received was perfect. Yoke, risers, bars, lines all spot on and very reasonably priced imho. The amount of lads building cafes, trackers etc over there is mental so I imagine they’re pulled out.
Can’t explain why they’ve not got back to you, I remember them/him being sound.

I got a top yoke off them, took 4 weeks to get it which I believe is almost next day service by their standards.lovely quality item but contacting them is an ordeal, I asked for specific risers and received standard ones. Tried everything short of a plane ticket and still never heard back. Would not really reccommend

After a lot of back and forward looks like im finally getting my kit.seems there was a mix up with the dispatch end of things and my order was marked as unpaid and put on hold.in fairness he apologised for the mix up and inconvience and is sending the kit by overnight courier plus some extra engraving on d top yoke for free.glad have it sorted now hopefully have d vike on d road for d weekend.

Thumbs up Re: Top yokes uk.

Exact same thing happened to me with some stuff I bought off sportbike shop about 5 weeks ago. I moaned, he checked and couldn’t find a tracking number even though it was picked up by the courier. Said be patient, I was, a couple of weeks went by and still nowt. The package had just disappeared off the couriers system. I got it sent out again on Friday and it came yesterday. Coincidence or Putin?
