Default Travel insurance for going to Brazil

Hi, will be going for couple weeks to Brazil and looking for travel insurance recommendations. I don't have a private health insurance, seen this being asked everywhere. Thanks

P.S. So far what i've seen the best looked The AA, AIB bank & Chill insurance. Also thinking to take out the annual one, as the difference only ~€5-10 compared to a single trip.

Just be sure to check the small print as some of them you need to buy the insurance before you book the trip.

I've used multi-trip a few times and found them cheap enough usually go for annual as its not much dearer and that covers having the premium before booking the trip.
Ive never had to claim though

I travel to Brazil on a regular basis and use Aviva as my travel insurance.

If you have a credit card, you might want to ask them... they usually do some kind of travel insurance and it's handy because they give you a special credit for medical stuff should you need it.

Most travel insurance you have to pay out of your own pocket first and then get reimbursed.

Bom viagem!

What I can say is that good travel insurance it worth EVERYTHING when things go wrong,
Both myself and a friend ended up in hospital in Spain, him admitted first after breaking his own shoulder having a bad seizure ( first one ever ) him in 7 days and me getting admitted after collapsing with exhaustion, I was in for 4 days and bill was around 3500, my mates bill was 18500 as he needed a should joint replacement, between the two of us and new flights home and 2 days in a hotel waiting for the new flights with a nurse escorting us home, there was no change out of 30k and we didn't have to pay a penny or anything up front, everything billed directly to VHI
