Good quad for 10 year old?

Friend of mine thinking of getting a quad for his two young lads. They are 8 and 10. I know to stay away from the chinese stuff. But what cc would he be looking for? 80cc? What model to go for? And ye know the story, needs to keep the price down.

Suzuki lt 160 . 5 gears no clutch and a decent size but they could lift it easy if its flipped. Has a throttle restrictor too that u can adjust

+1 at least with a bike you can push it away whereas with a quad if she decides she wants to use you to soften her landin your f*cked. The cousin got an awful injury off a quad when we were younger wasn't even goin fast the quad rolled over and he fell forward but under if u get me ???, the end of the handlebar came straight through the opening of the helmet and tore the skin just above his eye any lower he might have lost his eye. The amount of blood running down his face.He has a nice long scar across his eyebrow now, won't go near a quad now.....But if its really not an option a badger is a grand quad

it was just pure luck i got mine for €180, but ive seen decent clean ones goin for €500-€600

heres a vid of me and the young lad on his one , its more than big and powerful enough to pull an adult on the back until the child gets use to handleing it but still small enough for he child to handle him/her self

Re: Good quad for 10 year old?

I started on a py90 when i was 6, 110cc engine fits straight in to learn on a clutch, great bike, will need work tho, not the most reliable, they will out grow a small quad very quick just to give you the heads up
