Re: DEATH DRIVER on the WICKLOW GAP EARLIER

true enough, they can afford to have gardai following criminals around to protect them so this should be possible too. i was just pointing out the waste of time it is taking cunts to court.
a gallon of diesel and a match kept certain cunts out of an area down this way a couple of years ago, hard to move into a house thats still smouldering, not saying anyone should burn his car or anything tho...

Coppers have no problem beating up innocent people to protect Denis O'Brien, but it seems protecting the public isn't so high on their list of priorities.

Re: DEATH DRIVER on the WICKLOW GAP EARLIER

At least twice the cops have brought this guy before the courts. They have taken statements from all of us he tried to run off the road. They confiscated his car. Each time the courts have released him back to society and,on the occasion he was committed, a doctor has signed him out. He is legally entitled to drive his cage. It's not till he breaks the law that the cops can take any measures against him. That's the system at the moment unfortunately.

But that isn't the system... If it was Denis O'Brien he was trying to run off the road, he would have been locked up (or beaten to death) months ago.

Good idea - would make a good story for an ambitious reporter. Might need one of the red top papers though. A punchy submission with the willingness to be interviewed would likely be what they are looking for.

When were you last pulled over and done for something ?
In my experience the cops are actually very lenient when it comes to bikers, ok I had my bike confiscated last time but tax was out over 15 months and I had a very bald rear tyre plus doing a fair bit over the limit so kinda had it coming

Because the gardai don't really give a fuck until it makes the news. Imagine joe duffy did a week on this with loads of callers? Guy would never drive again. Or imagine it was Leo Varadkar, a judge or fucking Ryan Tubridy run off the road? The ordinary guy on the street doesn't matter a fuck

You should have had a quiet word in his ear, something to the effect that if he got up to his old tricks again he'd be needing 999 on his quickdial.

Re: DEATH DRIVER on the WICKLOW GAP EARLIER

He is possibly at it again.
Today at 3.45pm, I was going from Laragh to Ashford, going down the steep hill at the junction for Rathdrum, a silver Seat Leon cut across the white line in front of me as if he was turning right into the driveway of a house on my left.
Luckily I was going very slow as the road was wet, so I just went around him.
When I looked in my mirror, he didn't actually turn right, he just continued on straight.
Would has been serious only for I was going so slow.
I didn't get the registration, but it was definitely a Silver Seat Leon.

The position at the moment is, the seat leon has been taken out of the situation by the garda , and possibly second cage a silver mitsubishi lancer, i was up there this morning and no sign either vehicle at the house as i expected.........

Hopefully your mishap was just a coincidence, just another seat leon, you didnt panic and drop the bike thats the main thing....:thumbsup2 :
