Default Lift to the North

Hi Folks, is there any of you going to the north on Monday the 15th? I need to go as far as Ballymena but Antrim or Belfast will do to.
I live in Naas, but can make my way to Dublin if someone starts from there.
Could share the cost of the trip.

Any help will be much appreciated!
Cheers
Danny

only a tenner each way on the X1 - not bad! you'd spend more than that on petrol

As said. .

10euro Bus goes from ifsc station regular enough.

The bus station where you get off in belfast has a bus every 30 or so mins to ballymeena, easy peasy. Pay booth coffee shop there

There is a train to both Antrim and Ballymena. You will have to change in Belfast.

I flew to dublin with my daughter a few years ago for less than one train ticket.
Tis no wonder nobody uses the train.

Had to go to that Belfast for work a few years ago.
Got the train.

Lunch and a pint across the road from Connolly, then onto the train.
No metal detectors, no holidayers, no queues, no wankers looking at you like you've just filled in your passport with crayon (OK, just me then).

There in two hours, Wi-Fi on the way and good coffee.

Arrived and hotel was 10 minutes walk from the station.

All in all, a decent experience.

Wasn't paying for it, mind.
