Default Count the Cunts on phones while driving

Let's play a game
Today I decided to count how many cunts on phones I saw on the way home from work, the route I took home was about 18km, a mix of town, country roads and villages and I spotted 6 with the phone up to the ear in that time
Just for the hell of it "count the cunts on phones while driving" for your next few trips and post here - distance and how many you see.

Don't take it too seriously tho tis only a bit of fun

very irresponsible of you not to be focusing on the road ahead instead of other drivers

Saw a new one yesterday in dalkey, fuckwit in a small cage with a surf board stuffed into the cage , it went from the boot up to the windscreen, it completely blocked his driver side window, how he could pull out at a right turn is beyond me, puts a new twist on "sorry mate I didn't you"

If you drove 18km in Dublin you'd see 6 every minute talking or arsebooking. Situation is farcical really.

How about this - Lad driving up Alexandra Road with a filing cabinet laid down across his back seat but as it was a bit too long he had the rear side door half open , with his right arm back over his seat holding the rear door .

On my daily commute, at leaset 40% of the cagers are on the phone, it's incredible.

Garda included.

You have to do both, specially when filtering... I always look at their mirrors to see what they're up to, if they're on the phone I know to be extra careful or rev the bike a little to call their attention and then filter.

Road is not the problem for the most parts, it's other road users.

Cheers,
Rami

Coming back from an overnighter last week, coming off the n11 near roundwood at the garage. Sees a open back truck coming to the small round about but I have the right of way sure enough knob head doesn't see me although I seen him a while away. I slowed right down and when he sees me he jams on and drops his phone. Brother was behind me says he picked it up and continued his chat. Don't give a shite so they don't

Its their eyes down as they text/chat that does it for me. More common than that mobile talk now, and more insidious/difficult to spot too.

I travel the N7 daily, usually a car park at my time of commute and i'd see quite a few on Bookface, texting, checking the news etc.

Was coming home one day last week and a fuker up a head in a jeep was on the phone for ages. Usual swerving in and out of his lane. I shook my head as i passed which seemed to really annoy him. Q him flying up behind me, about one foot from my back wheel. I pulled into the left lane which resulted in him doing the same and jamming on in front of me. His exit was coming up, so the next few hundred metres was him hurling abuse, giving me the finger and gesturing me to pull off at his exit for a fight! What a muppet!

I travel 15km to work and 15k back every day and would normally use the coast road in sandymount on the way home. This road is literally bumper to bumper every day as you approach the rail crossing. I would say I see at least 10-15 a day each way at this stage. Becoming a bit of a joke. Problem is that if some cunt pulls out in front of you or knocks you off the bike while you are flitering/overtaking on the right side (i.e. on the white line) or in the bus lane, cops will normally take the cagers side unless you can prove he/she was on the phone. I have been saying it for fucking ages but I have to invest in a helmet/body cam.

I saw a guy driving through Templeogue watching a video on his phone/tablet. Reported it to gardai and made a statement.

Fellas I sympathize with you, truly I do, but, if you don't report it, then it didn't happen in the eyes of the Law.

We have to get these incidents logged so that the authorities can become aware of the vastness of the problem and the regularity of it!

I'll take the point a bit further and say you have a moral responsibility to yourselves, your families and other road users to report offenders!

Take the case of this killer of 4. I'll bet a dime to a dollar it wasn't his 1st time and I'll also bet that if he had been reported this wouldn't have happened and these 4 people would still be alive. So, while this guy is of course to blame, folks that don't report offenders are partially responsible too for not reporting him.

Take a read, it's as harrowing a case as you'll ever come across...

I applaud you man!

Once you have the registration, that's all the Guards need. It may not lead to a conviction but, you can be sure that he'll think twice about it in future, especially as it wasn't the result of a Garda stop!

Fair play.
