1959 lambretta li150 series1
Had no paperwork so took a month or so to get the original plate allocated and registered in my name.
Needs a complete overhaul, will probably get a 186/195 kit, 30mm carb and a big expansion chamber. Paint will be brushed on for the slightly ratty look.
Tax is free and she's mot exempt.

I've already decided to take the one that I broke in 2012, it's being professionally restored over the winter.
The amount of time and money this one needs means it'll have to wait until rev up 2017

The story so far.
Got a couple of grownups to do it all for me.

Bike all stripped down, mudguard was beyond repair so got a reasonable condition second hand one.

Legshields had rotted through at the back so needed tidying up with fibreglass.

Couple of frame struts repaired

Damper brackets added. (Front suspension damping didn't come as standard with this model)

Paint splodge on the old mudguard to see the colour.
Matt green, lovely

Engine will be a cast iron GT186 reed-valve kit with a JL3 expansion pipe and a 30mm PHBH dellorto.
