booked my first track day lads, but can't seem to find the rules on the mondello site wit regard ppequipment.

i know all the gear is needed but my question is about dates on helmets and specs of boots.

is there a certain standard on the boots in particular cos mine aren't top shelf and are pushing 3 years old now but are in perfect condition.

see above post 98,
unless the helmet and boots are in bits you will be ok , its a trackday not a race so everything is not scruiteneered, but you are expected that all your gear and your bike ( and your head ) is in good working order and fit for purpose, welly boots /garden gloves and gaa helmet wont pass
Enjoy
