A warped disc won't cause squealing.....a warped disc with put a shudder through the bike when you apply the brakes. A squeal is something rubbing...

Did you bed the brakes in yet? How bad is the squealing???

Try cleaning the disks and check if all pistons are moving freely... As greengrass said warped disks - you'd feel the brake lever pulsing.

Have done about 150 miles on them so far
It's quite bad coming too a stop,it kinda
Sounds like a rubber rubbing sound.
Pistons were moveable with 2fingers when
Changing the pads.

Are they stock pads, good quality replacements, uprated, or just something from a bargain bin?

No they are not stock pads, the are ebc HH pads, and not from a bargain bin
It's more of a squeaking noise than anything else, sound like some sort of rubber sound than a metal grinding noise
