1990 cbr 1000 full exhaust system

lads, in need of a full exhaust system for a 1990 cbr 1000f, header pipes, the lot.

if anyone knows of where I could get my hands on one or if a more common model would be an exact fit as an alternative?

My da's bike, the exhaust was rusted up bad and he found a small hole in it, got it welded but it blew again and the whole thing needs replacing.

Tried ringing a few places and checked on e bay but most of them are in shite condition.

Any help appreciated

You probably have tried City Spares it if not I would contact them.

Just go new stainless if he wants to keep the bike.
It probably owes him nothing at this stage, start soaking the nuts and studs in penetrating fluid now and heat the bollix off them.

Be ready to fit fresh studs too when fitting the Delkevic, they rarely all come out cleanly and the threads are 7mm so you might have to scramble for replacement nuts of you bodges any of those too.

Delkevic are top quality replacements, highly recommended.

Have a delkevic system on the FJ for the last 3 years, it's still like new. Great quality.

cheers for that, it comes with the mounting clamps and gaskets, didn't think of studs!
