The pedestrian always has the right of way no matter what the situation that's what I've learnt if he had of hit her he would be tottally at fault judge would of jus said he should of being travelling at a speed that he could of stopped in time

He revved his displeasure at her walking out between the cars without looking left. She'd already done it, so his rev wasn't to alert her to his presence. A dick move, but who hasn't done it?

The highest speed I saw on his speedo was 20kmh, mostly in the mid-teens? What's the problem? That's reasonable speed to be filtering, no?

She walked out between two cars without looking left. Stupid. Even a cyclist could have hurt her.

The mouth needed to be knocked out. Whatever level of "in-the-wrong" the rider and the woman were guilty of, that dick was the most annoying...

I think I'd have just tried to ride away and ignore him.

All of this.

Why did the guy on the bike hang around to listen to that scumbag's thoughts for so long.
