If your planning fixing up a oil boiler gsxr, it's gonna cost you, original fairings are hard found and expensive I dropped €400 on a nose side /mid panel and a rear side panel

Guy in full more does replacement fairings cheap but then your spraying and that eats money too for a decent job, also plan for fork rebuild headstock bearings and a replacement shock,

sound advice lads but the fairing is there and this time I will do the paint myself I was thinking , one colour black and take my time sanding etc, but hers the thing, she is the models that the world forgot about, tis like they never existed, tis the water cooled ones, the 1100 the wp 1993 went liquid cooling and the 750 a year earlier. parts for them are as hard as fuck , it took me 4 years to find a rear seat cowl, got one from a back end gaff in Belgium but when i put the Airtech k1 style rear end on her i flipped it for 250 usd on gixxer.com apparently there like hens teeth, you can get em for the oil burners but not the w models.
tbh id prefers an oil cooled old school gsxr but that is what the man has and its worth a look.

and there is new c&S , new headstock bearings, new wheel and sprocket bearings, new battery and that is just for starters, your man has all the receipts of the parts as he has a pile of bikes and needs the space so as far a work i hoping its just a bit of cosmetic, the front end is the only thing not stock its kinda like a streetfighter head if you get me and tbh it looks ok, id prefer a oem nose cone

you could be right there on the shock and forks, I can do the forks myself , i just hope the bushings etc are ok and the staigton are not bent in any way are they cost a few quid

I have a yss shock off a different bike , it might be made to fit, but were jumping the gun here lol
