Tonight on BBC1 (Northern Ireland)

Charge of the Bike Brigade
Tue 28 Jun, 10:35 pm - 11:05 pm 30mins

This four part series tells a unique story about motor cycle racing in Northern Ireland in the 1970s and early 1980s. Including never seen before film, featuring the early years of Joey Dunlop and his rivals in a number of nail biting races.

We look briefly at the history of motor cycle racing in Northern Ireland from 1935 to 1970s, and then focus on the 1974 season describing the intense rivalry between the Armoy Armada led by Joey Dunlop and the Dromara Destroyers led by Ray McCullough. [S]

I thought it was very good - some class 70's tank cam action too! :w00t:
Last night was episode 1, up to about 1975 - keep an eye out for episode 2 next week.

It sure is - that tyre owes me nothing! :hi: I'm actually thinking of posting it back to Bridgestone for testing - that tyre is proof that there IS a market out there for dual compound fronts as well as rears!
