Default Electronics buffs - where do you buy 'Pots' ?

I need one of these (or the equivalent):

https://www.amplifiedparts.com/produ...mount-marshall

Cheap as chips online, but by the time you pay postage/have to wait a week until DHL finds the house I couldn't be @rsed.

Any real world supplier round Dubland I could go to ?

You need to travel back in time so you can visit Peats or Maplin.

Failing that, RS or Farnell will probably have what you need.
They tend to be expensive and you might not get it any
quicker than ordering direct from the UK.

Chip Electronics in Cork
Irish Electronics, also in Cork.

If you need it in a hurry, try your nearest Audio or PA specialist.

I get most components from eBay these days. Postage takes around
a month or even longer in February because of the Chinese new year.

Did you try amazon, if its on prime delivery its usually quicker. If not RS is in Dublin and have a decent website too.

Excellent stuff chaps :)

I'll try RS - handy enough to me, and I want somebody to check the old component, make sure the replacement is identical.

There is Farnell, but I don't think you can pop in to them - mail order only

I have always use Farnell, next day delivery. They carry a huge range of items. Last thing I bought from them about 2 months ago were power rail Capacitors for a Samusng monitor. Ordered at 12noon delivered next day at 3pm. Much cheaper than Radioonics
