Re: Motorbike parking at Heuston station

Couple of poles on the path beside the bicycle drop off point if you have a chain. Beside the luas stop so would have a good footfall and camera coverage. Wouldn't be overly mad on the idea of leaving a bike out on the town for a while though.

Re: Motorbike parking at Heuston station

I would not be confident of a bikes safety if parked out in the open overnight. If at all possible my advice would be ride the bike west or bus into the city and leave her at home.

Get a bus or taxi to the station. It'll be easier on the nerves.

DONT do it... or the next time you post here will be in the stolen section.... it's very unfortunate but you can leave nothing around Dublin any more unattended... doesn't matter how many locks you have. Or cameras that are there.... you leave your bike in Dublin for a few days unattended .... and you are asking for trouble...

Re: Motorbike parking at Heuston station

Op lots Park their bikes in the bicycle section before the carpark. Chain it to a pole. I have seen bikes parked up there for weeks on end and never an issue. Whatever about city centre but in Heuston where I mentioned it will be fine.

You forgot to ask him what day he's going. No point sitting there in the pissing rain with your angle grinder for the next few weeks

Re: Motorbike parking at Heuston station

If you can hop on a bus into town, I'd go for that option instead of locking my bike up in Knackeragua and then spending all my waking hours while away in the West worrying about
