Bike transport to Portugal

Has anyone sent a bike to Portugal? Looking for Dublin > Lisbon but open to other options

It's easy to find transport from the UK but not so much from here, which makes logistics a nightmare

That would be a great option and they're very friendly but they don't have any transport planned to Portugal unfortunately. Closest is Bilbao, which is still 1000km away

Re: Bike transport to Portugal

Try Phillip Gunn from Co Cork. He brought a bike back from the UK for me last year and I know from my conversations with him that he's in Portugal quite regularly. He also prefers to use the ferries in and out of Dublin so that might suit you

Call Lanigan international freight, they may be able to get it into a groupage container out there for you. Worth a call. They can oy say yes or no.

Re: Bike transport to Portugal

Where are you based? If you are willing to pack it yourself in a crate or on a pallet or whatever you can manage, I will get it shipped to your door at cost price. I'm in Mullingar. I can't give you a price now unless you can give me weights and dims.
