Hi all

Just to say "Hello", from Prague (Czech Republic), where I am now retired to. I am a Scot and ride a BMW K 1200R when the summer is here.

I can retire in 2050.... ill be planning some trips for then.
I play the lotto in hope of doing these trips earlier.

Nice spot Prague- I was there a few weeks ago. Not sure I'd manage to live there but it's lovely to visit.

Rode to the Brno MotoGp years ago, lovely spot, beer was 80c a pint/stein, we were lucky to make it out alive

Lovely part of the world - mind you its a bit busy in summertime. I have some Scottish colleagues(ex-HP) who have worked in Cz for many years now ..

I live in a village just out of the city, and the beer remains at about 80p :)
It's only the tourists who get ripped off in the city. :)

I spent all school breaks (approx 4 months each year) in Czechoslovakia (very close to Brno) for a few years in the eighties. It was wonderful!

Make sure to visit the Plzensky Prazdroj if you haven't yet
