On rat bikes...i can admire a bike tgats rated through need.ie if you need to keep it on tge road so graft on what ever keeps it running.however deliberatly wrecking good bikes is not on .

What I ment was, anyone who owned or owned an old bike that they just kept putting bit and piceses on it to keep it going.
More of a Frankenstein thing would be a better choice of words than rat.
Not just to buy a good bike and paint it out and add skull and bones ect.

that was the origin of the rat bike, not these tarted up mad max wannabees handbags.

by the original definition my old F650 is a rat bike, well its ratty anyway.
