The cunt just up and walked away. No mention of paying for the damage!
Pedestrians and cyclists both do this. They think they can't be held accountable for any damage they cause.

Didnt look to me like she was on the phone. She might have been running to try to catch that bus on up at the stop before it left maybe.

Either way, she saw the gap in the traffic and looked as if she had started to run, but stopped when she realised she wasn't going to make it. If she'd kept going she probably would have been fine.

Aye same.

(**edit - sorry, didn't read the rest of the crap - she was running for the bus. No shit Sherlock eh :) )

Suppose if someone identified her he could get a civil claim going, she never noticed the bike i reckon. She glanced and just went, very lucky indeed.

he was hiding behind that van as he came to the crossing- also riding in the centre of the two lanes -he had no clear view of the pedestrian crossing and its entirely her fault? I think we need to talk about being seen as well as seeing....my two cents. oh and fcuk the sun.

Fuck me you're some cunt. She deserved to pay for the damage to the lad's bike, nothing else. It was a moment of stupidity. Not like she did it on purpose.

Did I see the same footage as you? Hiding behind the van? He checked and saw the bus parked/stopped beyond the crossing point, the [email protected] pulled into right side lane to avoid the same bus as did the motorcyclist and his view of her was completely blocked as was her view of potential traffic behind the [email protected] - her fault 100%. In most of continental Europe pedestrians don't cross on a 'red man' they wait for green or at least have the intelligence to look before crossing" for once I agree 'stupid beeeatch' that hopefully won't breed...

Aye. Go-Pro carrying type as well - I'd say the fkrs at least 75% to blame

He has to take a good percentage of the blame for that one........she shouldn't have walked out.......she shouldn't have left the seen...........but.........he shouldn't have hit her.

Pedestrian has right of way as soon as they touch the road.
If that happened here he'd get done for dangerous driving and she'd get 50k.
