I'm not one bit surprised this guy is out again. A childhood friend of my father stabbed a guy in the neck on North main Street in April last year.He was in a mental home for a few weeks and let out. He even asked the gards if he could have the knife back. Only in ireland.

Terrible crash yesterday on the M1. Reading between the lines it would appear that a mental health issue was a contibuting factor here too. Wishing those injured a speedy recovery. http://www.thejournal.ie/m1-fatal-cr...38692-Jul2015/

If this was here in France, you'd organise a protest: meet up en masse, either blockade the Gap (a bit over the top) or just ride the Gap at a snails pace, causing obvious traffic disruption. Print or photocopy a few hundred flyers explaining why you're taking this action and give them to the cage drivers. Could help improve general cage bike awareness as well

I'd like to hear why the guardians of the peace had to release him. If he was protesting something he wouldn't have got out as quick. Last edited by one armed bandit; 28th July 2015 at 08:18 AM. |

I'd say the guards are as frustrated about it as everyone else but simply can't do more than they have until the twat actually kills someone

If this fella hadn't paid his road tax due to said mental issues the car would be taken off him, no questions asked.
Same fucker attempts murder and is let away after a talking to... He obviously doesn't adhere to the word of the law, so why go after him through legal channels. If he wants to ignore the law then that's his choice; may the repercussions of his actions follow the same route ![]() |

How can a certified mental case get car insurance, he would have to declare his medical position. Surely the insurance if he has any is invalid, why don't the law do their job?

Possibly check his insurance company somehow on the window, ring them up with reg and thell the case? Sounds like a suicide mission to get close to his cage, but still an option I guess.
