Give that man a can of coke... No not live but chances are if he's an aul fella he spends a lot of time there (when he's not out terrorising bikers) so good chance car will be there in the pic.

Taking a bit of a leap here....

I'm from that area, and I could say with 90% certainty I know who your man is. It's not the first time he's caused chaos on the roads. In and out of Psych care for years, goes off his meds from time to time and just goes on a mad one.

I work in psych care (south Dubland) and there is a lot of folk on the roads on psych meds, they have to undergo a special test to keep there license. However mental stability is a cyclical thing. Its a grey area to say the least.

This might sound a bit tree-hugger-ish, but seeing as everyone now knows the cage, if he's spotted, on meds or off, what about giving him a big wave. Could make a difference to his demeanour.

Only in this country could you be reading this . If this was any other civilised country in the world this guy would not be on the road , and most likely behind bars or at least getting the help required. But definitely not on the road in charge of a lethal weapon.
Sure theres plenty bikers around , lets kill a few , they wont be missed .ffs. What a joke of a set up .
