Re: DEATH DRIVER on the WICKLOW GAP EARLIER

I'm not one bit surprised this guy is out again. A childhood friend of my father stabbed a guy in the neck on North main Street in April last year.He was in a mental home for a few weeks and let out. He even asked the gards if he could have the knife back. Only in ireland.

Terrible crash yesterday on the M1. Reading between the lines it would appear that a mental health issue was a contibuting factor here too. Wishing those injured a speedy recovery. http://www.thejournal.ie/m1-fatal-cr...38692-Jul2015/

Re: DEATH DRIVER on the WICKLOW GAP EARLIER

If this was here in France, you'd organise a protest: meet up en masse, either blockade the Gap (a bit over the top) or just ride the Gap at a snails pace, causing obvious traffic disruption. Print or photocopy a few hundred flyers explaining why you're taking this action and give them to the cage drivers. Could help improve general cage bike awareness as well

Ya won't get that in this shithole. Only proper way of dealing with this kind of problem will most likely mean someone else gets locked up for protecting society from an unstable twat.

I'd like to hear why the guardians of the peace had to release him. If he was protesting something he wouldn't have got out as quick.

I'd say the guards are as frustrated about it as everyone else but simply can't do more than they have until the twat actually kills someone

If this fella hadn't paid his road tax due to said mental issues the car would be taken off him, no questions asked.

Same fucker attempts murder and is let away after a talking to...

He obviously doesn't adhere to the word of the law, so why go after him through legal channels. If he wants to ignore the law then that's his choice; may the repercussions of his actions follow the same route

Maybe he's up The Gap in his car.

On a serious note, a group ride out up there this weekend is in order.

How can a certified mental case get car insurance, he would have to declare his medical position. Surely the insurance if he has any is invalid, why don't the law do their job?

Possibly check his insurance company somehow on the window, ring them up with reg and thell the case? Sounds like a suicide mission to get close to his cage, but still an option I guess.

mental case? he could be recording all of his adventures not yet uploaded and pissing himself laughing, just another regular fuking dopey brain dead bollix,or he could live up there and have a pain in his bollix with bikes buzzin past his gaff at seriously high speed, maybe his mother felt she was almost knocked down or had the life frightened out of her, millions of posibilities, but it could so easily go wrong and lead to someones death, i for one would not like to be minding my own business and meet this dick, be extra careful out there, twice is no coincidence

Re: DEATH DRIVER on the WICKLOW GAP EARLIER

Just remember this is ireland . There is documented cases of people admitting pulling out in front of bikers on purpose , killing the bikers and not even getting penalty points . The courts look at bikers as an expendable sub species . Theres every chance this guy could kill and get away with it in our joke of a judicial system . If nutjobs msmmy or daddy has money the biker could be blamed ffs

This was our first thoughts at breakfast on sunday just after our experience, i did mention it to one of the guards i spoke to the next day, but he just said, well thats just speculation...........but my arguement is that its a possibility and that crash just didn't add up at all, and a good rider to boot .... location , road marks etc...........

I passed the location where the lad had fallen, my first thoughts was he took evasive action, judging by the skid mark angle, which is still on the road.

This genuinely needs a wider audience.
We have a person at large who is intent on either killing or seriously injuring others simply because of how they choose to get from a to b. And who in fact may have already done so.
Scandalous that he is not in custody, with no access to a vehicle.

Agreed I was up on the gap the following day and looked at the scene ,,, the gouge marks in the road and the skid, i left scratching my head , it did indeed look as if he took evasive action before the bend apex......

Someone who has seen the nutcase and the scene of the accident first hand should get onto the papers, spread it on face book etc.

The Gardai may want to do something about it but clearly they can't
