Default Wilburs suspension

As above looking at wilburs suspension for the gs and wondering have any of yous any experience with these, the bike has esa and wondering how well these work with it?

Got a set a few years ago on my r850 r. Brilliant kit. Don't know about the esa. mine are fully manual.

Wilberís is top notch.
They have ESA versions (WESA).

Shock on one of the bikes, nice and composed but doesn't perform better than my nitron for less imo.

I have the manual shocks front and rear on my GS. Fantastic bit of kit.

A buddy had his knackered ESA shock sent down to VMTECK. They transplant the BMW electronic gubbins onto one of their own shocks..........buddy loves it, said it transformed his bike.

All good then happy days. Yeah il be giving over my shock so he can swap over the components. Didn't realise there is a dealer over here to fit them aswell, il give him a bell tomorrow

Paul at VMtek does great work, and looks after all the suspension on my race and road bikes

But he can be a bit hard to get a hold off, if he doesn't answer send an email or txt

Lads, let me know if you manage to get hold of Paul @ VM Tek. I have being trying to contact him over the last week or so with no luck, I have texted him and left a voicemail and also left a message with the lady (his wife I think) that answered his phone one time I called, still no luck in talking to him though! (sorry to hi-jack the OP's post)

You can deal directly with Wilbers on their website (wilbers.de) Keep a look out for infrequent discounts too.
