Britton was one of my all time favourite racers, this thread is an excellent idea, albeit some might think morbid but its not, sitting here thinking of past racers and duels watched on the road and wow some of the racers ive watched would bring a tear to any mans eyes.

For some of the lads this site has a list of racers past. if you scroll down you will actually be suprised at how many names you have forgotten and when you see it you will go my god i remember him so if ya have time lads check out this link, scroll down to near the end.

Good web site....one name not there is Mick Lofthouse who died in 1996.
Also don't forgot Dave Lynch who sadly passed away in 2010.

OMG...Frightning to think that I have watched 44 of those on that list at one time or another.
Horribly I have witnessed accidents of Tom Herron, John Newbold, Owen Mc Nally and Klaus Klein.
All of the riders are true hero's and 'The Fallen' should always be remembered. May they all Rest In Peace
