I was in this situation a while back, ended up moving back into the folks but was looking at wiring mains electrics to it to fry anyone that touches it, that's my solution if i have to do it again

It may fall short of a premeditated murder charge on the basis the intended victim was unknown at the time of planning, but you could expect some serious manslaughter time behind bars.
