Default Biker injured needs support

Hi lads,

I've gotten permission from a close friend of Hugh (hughie) Smith to post this.
Hugh was racing in mondello recently and was involved in a life changing crash. It's been confirmed he will not walk again.
Hugh and his family are well liked and he is a gentleman. He was a self employed tree surgeon with a 3rd baby due any day now. He has worked hard all his life.

Please see go fund me page to donate anything you can. Any help is appreciated.

Feel free to leave a comment of support.See below

A few bikers are helping out and the brother in law who is in a motorcycle club is also offering a small dig out. Much more support is needed though.
Great to see bikers come together for each other.
It could happen to me tomorrow with the inconsiderate cage drivers we have over here that don't give a fook about us.

Good man. I know the smith family as I grew up around the corner from them which is why I'm trying to raise a small bit of money for hughie.
But I heard about that poor guy Phillip too so i hope it doesn't seem like I'm forgetting him.
Keep us updated with what's going on and ll throw a few quid towards it also.

I never met Hughie when I was racing but I've seen a few videos of him and photo's of the progress he is making, the man is an inspiration!
Philip (Jack) is close friend of mine and please God once he gets over his chest and lung injuries he will start to come along too.

Twist Cafe from Maynooth are having a BBQ/Hog Roast in Mondello this Saturday's trackday. 10 per person and it is starting at 12.

Weather is meant to be great this weekend so if anyone is out and about on their bike around the area, pop in for a great feed for a great cause.

Fair play to them. How much is it into modello ? Haven't been in years and I've young kids now. My youngest 2 are 4 and 6. The 4 year old is motorbike mad and sits on mine for about an hour when I come home from work on it.
I'd love to bring them to modello so might go Saturday depending on the money I have available.
Anyone any idea for 1 adult 2 kids to modello ?

Looking at their site, either €12.50 if booked in advance, or €15 on the day, but could change depending on the event? Kids under 16 go free

If it is a track day I doubt there'll be an admission fee for spectators.

This Sunday the 5th is a trackday so there is no entry fee for spectators.
Few extra quid in the bucket too if you do have it spare.
