Squire Locks Great Service

I has an issue with the shackle falling out of the Squire lock on my Almax lock/chain set.
Contacted Squire by email, no problem they said send us the lock they will repair it or they could send me the parts to DIY, 2 days later I has replacement parts in my hands. New Boron shackle (that's an upgrade) and new lock bearings. 10 minutes to disassemble and rebuild the lock; all sorted.
And all free of charge under their guarantee.

Re: Squire Locks Great Service

It's great to see a company stand by their legal obligations, isn't it. Not sure how that warrants 'great service, though'?

They'd want to call around in person.
