Default VRT - yamaha rd 125

Hi All,
I need help, simple quest, plese:

"For used vehicles, you must provide documentation approved by the Revenue commissioners confirming the CO2 emissions (only applicable to category A vehicles)."
Do I need what? special form for it or what - Thanks for help



I have Yamaha Rd125 lc 1986 from Europe

Also I can swap for motorbike with bigger CC




I made small restoration.

- change fork oil, new seals
- repaited tank, new labes
- new break pads , restored master cylinder, new break fluid
- seat cover is new
- seal tap new
- lever new
... change oil in gearbox
I have complete seals kit for rebuild(restore) engine , + kick starter with nut
- headlight is new , I have old one + holder and other things (like back holder)
motorbike is not new but need small attension

I can sell too. I booked vrt 23.03 in Blarney.

I thinking around 1500e (I am not dealer ) also I can swap and add some cash, not too much :-)
or maybe someone have Fender Stratocaster usa ;-)
