Default Intercom thingy

Searched forum, didn't see what I need
Doing a Europe run with a pillion. Pillion company new to me, so, wondering about a basic intercom, any one recommend something. NOT interested in satnav connectivity, or playing music or chatting on the phone. Just a bog standard chat and hear chat from the pillion. Anybody help out? once off use so not too dear

I use a set of chinese bluetooth intercoms. If you put in Intercom V6 into ebay or amazon loads come up. Can get a pair for €80 or so. Buttons are a bit fiddly, but once connected work great. Maybe there are other models with bigger buttons now, google chinese intercom

You need to make sure you can hear at speed.
I have a cardo Q1 Teamset.
You don't get wind interference.
Meant as pillion type but range is quite good, several hundred metres.
And no wind noise.
It does have radio n phone.
I never use radio.

Think I paid €250.

I doubt if cheap ones have noise cancelling.
It's very frustrating if it hasn't because you can only talk at low speeds.
Also you have to listen to wind noise all the time.
So be careful in chosing.

In the Cardo you have to have the hole in the mike right in front of your mouth,
and FACING your mouth.

Another is Sena.

Thanks everyone, decided to go with these. When trip is done I have grand kids who have bicycles with helmets, so the units will be relocated and hopefully get some use

Thank you for offering this set, Moss. If it's still available, I would like to get it, but:
- I'm a 'newbie' here, and if any 'regular' member requests it, please consider them before me.
- I would insist on paying you for it, and in paying for all postage costs (I'm in Dublin West).

Thank you. - Mike
