Motorcycle Live 2019

As most of ye will know Motorcycle Live 2019 (aka the Birmingham Bike Show) is on 16-24 November 2019 at the NEC Birmingham. There's a change this year ref FREE for overseas visitors....see below. Pity but still a great day out.

"Do you offer any reductions to overseas visitors?

Yes, visitors with a non GB passport and proof of their travel details to the show can gain access for £10.00 per person. Visit the ticket kiosks with your travel documents and passport to receive discounted entry".

Still worth it. Book your flights early and its a great day out, and by then, if brexit happens, tinned food will be accepted as legal tender..

I posted about here 2 weeks ago.
And it wasn't a whinging post either
Reason I posted it was to make people aware of it.....that it ain't free this year.

Some people could be bringing their kids or extended family and are unaware of the price this year,or have a strict budget to stick to.......so a heads up is allways nice to have.

I've test drove bikes every year for the last 5 years. You need to pre register with them.

manbearpig 14th November 2019 08:47 PM

Re: Motorcycle Live 2019

Email [email protected] - add that you want to register for test drives and include a photo of the front and back of your license. Has worked every year for me so far.

PS: You will need to be there the very second the doors open and run to register otherwise its going to be fully booked up. We get the 6am flight to make sure we're early enough

Re: Motorcycle Live 2019

can not test drive this year was just over there this weekend, all events were for only UK licence holders which was a bit shite. test driving the 1290 2 years ago made the whole event. plus now £10 in rather than free.

R.M 18th November 2019 05:06 PM

It's still a great show for £10. A great way to spend a day/night if u bag a cheap flight & hotel.

Re: Motorcycle Live 2019

Nope, tenner is fine, normal price for locals is twenty five pounds so we are definitely getting a bargain, pay well for the RDS wouldnt we? And i dont see our shower of cunts giving anyone a discount.
Three halls full of bikes and associated bits and bobs is a good day out in my book, some nice ladys around too, but not as good as they used to be, more covered up these days, deffo a retrograde step imo.

Kavo 19th November 2019 09:55 AM

Re: Motorcycle Live 2019

Go to this every second year and we've been getting in for nothing for years so next time I'll have no problem paying a tenner well worth it.

There's a motorsport show in the RDS this weekend and the price of a day ticket is Ä55 and Ä25 for children:woots: so rip off Ireland still alive and well:rolleyes2:

The same lads who moan about a tenner, think nothing of dropping 300quid extra for what is effectively a special edition vinyl sticker to cover a standard lid.

£10 muff would be pretty fcuking nasty - a bog snorkling wildebeast from Offaly or something.....:lbhbh:
