Should we charter a flight for this? My friend does it often with Aer Arran to go watch soccer over in the UK. This way we all stick together from start to finish and people booking their flights last don't get shafted by the crazy prices (as all the cheap seats will be gone...).

What do you think?

Oh and can we somehow negotiate a full day event? Going to all this trouble for a half day sounds half worth it to me...

Afaik its more of a training day then a full on track day ... *from the website* - "We offer expert tuition with race experienced instructors at Donington Park, probably the finest circuit in the country."

I'd say the instructors are the ones you want to be watching

I was thinking along the same lines as yourself, Could you get a price for 40 people going to the UK return.

As for
negotiate a full day event?
I have been trying and the way it has been put to me is this.

Once i get payment for 40 spots then we can talk, They more or less said. Even tho i have 40+ people interested, once i start asking for deposits people will go in to hiding

But don't you worry, I will get everything i can for our money.
