Anyways. I understand what your saying, I think most people hold back because they have the faer of smashing there bike up!

Just use the time to learn as much as you can, Push yourself to your max "wink wink"
@sloan ...thing is peeps think if its not there bike they can go hard out ...trouble is ..its not just a bike gets damaged when you fall ...bones are just as brittle ....so at the end of the day you will only push as hard as the fear factor allows you ....this is why its a bollix of a thing to say ...i wont take my pride and joy on the track in case i crash it ...its like saying a value my bike above my body !

Never said anything about my pride and joy... the bike is just a bike, What i said was risking my sole means of transportation... aka at the moment if I was to do a trackday even something as minor as a screwed lever would leave me off the road and with a bike stuck at a track and limited funds for transporting it home.... and wether its a bollix of a thing to say or not, at the moment I tend to stay WELL within my comfort zone (atleast 90% of the time anyway ) , and I am looking forward to the chance to get some instruction and experiance that is closer to the edge of that comfort zone.. but not beyond it. Accidents happen no matter how carefull we ride, simple fact is I am willing to accept personal risk (be stupid to even look at a bike if i wasnt) and have health insurance and injury insurance in place to help deal with that, but somehow I doubt Quinn direct will be willing to help with track damage
