Do you actually have the letter stating she is at fault it would be a first if the insurance company actually sent this to you

[QUOTE=jaycen;1446635]Once you have the letter it's a done deal, silly bint prolly listening to someone saying bikes are always speeding, don't worry. If it gets hassly just go to a solicitor and they'll put a stop to that pronto, she'll have another bill from them too.

Have appointment with solicitor later on. i was going faster than her seeing as she was stopped. in the line of traffic she decides to pull out. i am going for her pass door on the driver side of cage, get the bike right down chicane back out before clipping the transit in front off where she pulled out and back onto the far side of the road. if i was speeding such a manouvere would be impossible??

the wording on the letter states that liability on our (insured) is not an issue and that an asseor will contact me in due course. i rang this morning and they told me she is not admitting liability now that i was speeding ....it is a joke, clearly shes is wrong she pulled out in front of me, think she is of the opinon i was going too fast too stop.

Dont even say the word Speeding. If they sugest it deny it. They could argue then that this manouvere would have been possible at 50k, leading to contributory negligence and an automatic reduction of 25% in the payout.

il deny it to the ground. on that particluar day its was meath in croker. traffic was solid on a 1 mile straight maybe more. hatched lines on the road very wet out, taking it very easy and out of no where she turns, i have a police man from holland who lives in navan a primary witness, he seen me in his rear view mirror, seen the back of the bike startin to lift if he is 3 cars behind her and can see me doing that allready i believe i wasnt speeding end off, i done my best to use the road where she came out off to avoid going thru her back door possibly casing serious injury to her daughter

She cannot prove you were speeding. That's utter shite. It's your word against hers regarding what she admitted to at crash site plus you have a witness.

what lane were you on, parallel? riding inside the white line? maybe a U-turn is illegal on the type of road ye were on?
