Have appointment with solicitor later on. i was going faster than her seeing as she was stopped. in the line of traffic she decides to pull out. i am going for her pass door on the driver side of cage, get the bike right down chicane back out before clipping the transit in front off where she pulled out and back onto the far side of the road. if i was speeding such a manouvere would be impossible??

She cannot prove you were speeding. That's utter shite. It's your word against hers regarding what she admitted to at crash site plus you have a witness.
