Update your virus definitions and do a scan before launching anything downloaded from emule (or any other peer to peer network program).
Best to have spybot 'search & destroy' or 'adaware' installed (or both). Be advised that backdoor hacks are embedded into 90% of 'nulled' php files so don't be surprised if you've got a gallery/company website/online shop/whatever taken over by script kiddies and used to send a message or host their 'warez' in future. It's best to download (and buy) anything like that directly from the company's main website, or use a free alternative instead.
