the tt is going the same way the last few years .

they will cancel a race and run it another day rather than have guys out in the wet.

easier for them with a whole week of racing rather than 1 day for the north west.

They were pumped full of Adrealine! Not the best way to make a rational decision, sure you see this in your job every day. One death in a day was enough. The track was holding puddles of water in spots and not every team had access to Wets!
You had to be there to see the conditions and the Crosswind from the sea!

I can clearly recall the HM Plant boss & the TAS boss telling yer man Porter from BBC on camera, live on TV that they were prepared to go but wanted to go now . . .to race I mean, . . . . the final superbike race.

Was listening to that myself , the coc said something about not all the lads were on wets and walked off to talk to somebody then he called it off without coming back to the lads who were still talking to the bbc . IMO you got to respect the call wether he started the race or cancelled it , it was a proper case of damned if you do or damned if you dont , if he started the race and there was a bad off he would be hung out to dry by the same people who are giving out about the race being cancelled .
