Default Suspension Setting Drill

I got this as homework from CSS.

It's a program of suspension parameter changes that is intended to give lots of usable information about rebound and compression settings to allow you to decide for yourself about the best suspension setup for you.

Before you start:
Rider spring sag should be set between 25 & 35 mm.
Take note of Factory Settings and full range of adjustment
Ride the same route between setting changes
keep note of the differences each change makes
Rebound = RB
Compression = C

1. Go to full soft on all front and rear RB & C settings

2. Go to full hard C on rear shock

3. Rear C back to full soft, rear RB to full hard

4. Rear RB back to full soft, front C to full hard

5. Front C back to full soft, front RB to full hard

6. Go to centre on all front and rear RB & C settings

7. Go to full hard C on rear

8. Rear C back to centre, rear RB to full hard

9. Rear RB back to centre, front C to full hard

10. Front C back to centre, front RB to full hard

11. Return all settings to centre

12. Return all settings to factory

13. Adjust to personal preference
