my friend made me a set and got a garage that'll sign that form i got from quinn. fingers crossed

quick question, they go in the carb air inlet right? wouldn't that make the engine run rich... would they fit between the carb and engine so the fuel/air mix is reduced and not only air. that way the air/fuel mix would be normal just less of it rather than too much fuel and less air....
can i stay in the garage or should i head back to the kitchen

Rite, im a mechanic and id have no prob in fitting restricters to my bike but the whole shite wit certs is the prob... So if i was to get the boss to ring up fi and become an authorised dealer for them, what does he hav to do?? Very little bikes come through the garage, proberly matters to them!? Anyone hav info??

They go between the carbs and engine .
