Default I want to get laid...

Couple of Questions...

Is the top speed of a 450 any higher than the likes of 250 2strokes..
Top Speed not acceleration as obviously the 450 wins...

Also... im seeing WR450F (Enduro) and YZ450F (MotoX)
They seem to be the same engine.. but are they tuned different? or is it just the addition of Lights, bigger rear tyre and leccy start?
As i like the idea of Electric start and a light... but still want the raw power of the 450 MotoX

Thanks Lads

the motox ones will have stiffer suspension and be a bit lighter too overall. if your riding forestry you might as well get the wr. there is nothing more heartbreaking than being stuck on a hill, trying to balance one one leg, and kickstart a big four stroke at the same time - been there, done that - will forever be traumatised by it!

So the WR so would be geared higher?
assuming more so for top end speed rather than raw power?

How much?

The wr has bassically the same engine as the yz appart from the different gearing as mentioned, as well as the exhaust cam is slightly different. You can change the cam to a yz (which a lot of people in the states do) just gives you a harder low to mid hit. The suspension is softer but can be revalved and sprung for your riding conditions and experience. I have a wr450 and love it, i race enduro's with it and the odd grass track event. You wouldn't get the holeshot with it, but it's not far off, got a 3rd in one race and usually top 10.They wr is great as most of them are road registered so you can get insurance for it, i pay 280 for third party fire and left(bit of piece of mind for theft).
