just put new chain & sprocket no prob there,put the cover over the front sprocket,push rod lined up ok bolted back in place.started the bike all good till i put it 1st no movement...? that other bikes 80cc to 1200cc changed chains b4 never a bother,turned off the bike checked all was in place? but now wont start

More info,
have you got a clutch through the lever or is it disengaged all the time. If it won't start now.. is it possibly half out of neutral with no clutch mech and therfore no neutral switch to allow it to start. |

make sure u have 3,4mm of play at d lever,maybe d cable is 2 tight.is d engine spining when u try 2 start?if its not it could b ur cluth cut out switch whoz located next 2 ur clutch lever,by pass it with a wire and try 2 start it again.make sure u didnt trap d neutral swich wire between d engine and d sprocket cover when u put it back 2gether.hope this will help!
