Hey, all power commanders are the same principle wise. On the GSXR1000 k4 as far as I know theres only one set of injectors. The 600 has the same where as the k5 onwards has two sets. What you need to check is the connectors for the injectors are the same and theres also a white 3 pin plug that must be connected.
As far as I know suzuki use all the same stock connectors on 90% of their bikes so it will more than likely fit. The only thing is that the colours of wires may be different and hard to match up wires properly. After that your laughing just make sure you upload a k41000 map onto the commander before running it and make sure its a base or stock map not a zero map! Need more help just pm me and ill call ya!
