Default trailer collection in the uk

Does anyone know someone who could collect a motorbike trailer in the UK? I bought one on evil bay 6weeks ago and the fella i was using has done nothing but mess me and the seller around for 6weeks. The seller has now told me that if its not collected by the 5th July he will re list the item. Its a two bike trailer so would need to be towed back.

why would i buy one here if its over half the price? the same trailer here brand new is nearly 800 quid + extras. i paid 350 with a jockey wheel and spare wheel. and haven't seen any second hand here.

Phil Gunn in Watergrasshill goes over regularly transporting bikes to and fro. He pulls trailers occasionally. 087 2372033.

Think about 350 works out in around
435 euro add to that 200-250 for delivery
And the headache you have now
And what did you save.

it was 350 euro i paid for it, it was on auction and got lucky. so even with delivery ill still have saved at least 200 euro. it is a bit of a headache, but iv had a lot worse headaches for a lot less!

anyone else that might know someone?!

if you want it back in one piece i wouldn't be going down that route there's always a chance that some part of the load could shift and make shit of the trailer. tell us the pickup location and someone might know someone going over. a lot of em in the haulage industry are coming back from england empty, fuck all imports coming back here.

Use groupage companies all the time to move a lot of expensive machinery and equipment in work never had an issue, and worst case that's what they are insured for

I'm in the industry myself, and I've seen what can go on behind the scene's in a few company's. One point was that crowd that were mentioned earlier, personal experiences from the last few years on the roads and also they have a bad name inside the industry. I work with one of their ex employees and he's a bloody liability on the road. Second thing is that there's a lot of lads coming back from England with nothing in the back. Some of them would be delighted to get some little job out of England rather than getting nothing,
