cleaned the carbs jets etc. It will keep driving at speed of 100 kmh but when doing 120 it cuts out again. Starting to think it might be ignition wise!!

Its like there is a check valve that the fuel pump isn't powerful enough to open fully and the carbs are being temporarily emptied. Have you checked battery voltage or changed anything with the electrics? You've proved the pump is flowing but they can run at reduced pressure and cause all sorts of shenanigans.
