Was there gunge on the inside of the rad cap that looked and felt like mayonaise?... If there is, it's emulsified oil and you've got a problem. There shouldn't be any oil in the cooling system.
lot of experts there rehashing what they have read as typical answers on forums

When I was 13, instead of bein plastered with make up an hanging round with all the sluh's down the road, I was in my garage tearin a 'donated for the cause' lawnmower engine to bits to see how it worked.

Then I got a job in a bike shop and worked there every summer for 7 years..I pushed to be trained as a mechanic but they wouldnt, why? Because I was a girl.

Oh god not another bleedin hearts woman who didn't make it as a mechanic ..... Luv, if you feel that strongly about it go study mechanical engineering.
Women have to be twice as good as a man in a mans jib. That's the only way it works. It's how it is, not how it should be.

Oh god not another bitch hating sack of shit who thinks everything with tits belongs in at a cooker..

Luv, if I felt that strongly about it I would've studied mechanical engineering, wouldn't I?

I think you should get 2 or 3 ribs removed and suck your own cock for the rest of your life, because, going by your conclusions, you'd be twice as good at it as any woman would.

Now, fuck off, and let me get back to my bleeding hearts story. Muppet.

I had a similar problem with a 600 hornet, same engine. It turned out to be a seal on the oil cooler which is watercooled inside the casing. Its supposed to be a common enough problem.

Cheers Ken. Didnt even though about that. Sure i have the oil drained at the moment, so i'll take off the oil cooler tomorrow and check.
Anyone knows if there is a gasket that would need to be replaiced if i remove the oil cooler.
thing is i need the bike for this sunday and probably if it'll need a gasket i wont touch it till next week i'd say.
Thanks again for all the inputs, very helpfull.

They might appear in de buke as "core plugs". Frost plugs per sé would be on the block, not the head.
