Press Statement from the Motor Cycle Road Racing Club of Ireland Ltd and Killinchy and District Motor Cycle Club Ltd joint organizers of Irish Superbike Easter Festival Races.
Further to an article published in Wednesdays edition of the Belfast News Letter we wish to clarify the following. 1. Adelaide Insurance Services are not the sponsors of the Easter weekend races. 2. No one from either club has spoken to anyone from Adelaide with regards to this years races. 3. We have been in contact with the Enkalon club with regard to this years Enkalon Trophy race. 4. Adelaides threat of a withdrawl of sponsorship for various motorcycling events will have no effect on the Easter races. Sam Mc Minn Chairman Killinchy M.C.C. Ltd.
