You're down Wicklow way as far as I remeber PH......Take the N11 as far as Donnybrook. Take the left turn at the lights by the Smurfit Travel Building (Tall Brown brick office block) onto Morehampton road. Go straight on at the next two junctions. (You should have the river Dodder on your left) You'll pass under the 9 arches railway viaduct and the Dropping Well is approx 200m ahead of you on the left.

The breakfast in the Dropping Well is okay
the breakie in the Ballinteer House on the other hand, is excellent...
but not as good as the breakie you can get in the cafe beside MegaBucks.

Actually - I've had several Dropping Well brekkie's, the last of which was stupendous. I've only had one Ballinteer House greasepit surprise and it was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Maybe I hit an off-day


(or maybe there's a reason bussie needs 1300cc to cart him around at such a pedaestrian pace
