insurance admin fee 0, Lippy 1
Cancelled the cage insurance a few weeks ago and was charged 50 euro admin fee. After it became clear their admin department was useless and either hadnt done as they should or did stuff wrong i looked closely at the terms and conditions regarding admin fees. It basically says "if you cancel an admin fee will be deducted" but there is no mention of what that cost will be.
During a call to them i queried how they could charge a fee for something but not state in the T&C's what exactly that charge would be. Got a call back from a supervisor who told me they are refunding the charge and that she is going to follow it up with the folk who write all the small print gobbilydeegook (ie close the loophole so it doesnt happen again) Insurance companies are always refering to the small print to get out of paying out etc, nice to use their small print to get one over on them for a change To view pics on this biker's forum - your post count must be 2 or greater.
