Before it kicks off , Give us your Top 5 by the end of the season
Heres mine. 1 .Loner Stoner 2. Rossi 3 .Pedrosa 4 .Spies 5. Crutchlow Think that it could be a good year for cal Crutchlow on the 1000cc machine. For World champion, hate sayin it but hard to see past Stoner To view pics on this biker's forum - your post count must be 2 or greater. I dislike Stoner for being such a miserable kunt despite having everything in life you could ever want, but find it hard to see anybody beating him!
Stoner Lorenzo Pedo-bear Rossi |

My predictions:
1) Pedrosa will screw up his shoulder... again. 2) Stoner will probably do something to his back and that'll be the cause of only being able to get 2nd place in races behind Lorenzo or Pedrosa (if he's healthy enough to race); but he'll win 6-10 races anyway and he'll still win the title eventually. 3) Rossi will have ongoing shoulder and bike front end issues, but will be much improved over last year and will be fighting for podiums and get the odd win. But not a title contender. 4) Crutchlow won't get far, due to a finger or other issue (though I hope I'm wrong, he seems like a nice guy). 5) Dovisioso and Edwards will overachieve on inferior machinery, only to not get much recognition for it, and everyone will say, "what if they were on factory bikes..." 6) Hayden will struggle on between 4th-6th place, "best of the rest" as per usual, unless others are out due to injury/illness/rain. 7) Spies will be battling with Rossi for podiums, and if he raises his game just a little, will be the best long-shot bet for the title: he could easily sneak in there and steal Stoner's lunch. 8) Hopkins will be linked to a full-time return with Suzuki in 2013, but it will never materialize. He will, however, come second in the WSBK to Checa, with Biaggi getting his ass handed to him, only managing 5th place behind Checa, Hopkins, Melandri, and Rea. This forces him to retire. (OK, that last one was wishful thinking. Hopkins will still get second, though.) |

He'll probably crash out of a race or two with, or because of, Biaggi's pride and selfishness on the track, and he won't be happy about this. 2012 won't be "his" year, but expect bigger things in 2013/14 after Biaggi is sent packing.
I really think Biaggi will feel all his 40 years, and will have a major meltdown at some point during the season. |

Stoner
Lorenzo Pedrosa Spies Rossi Hayden Bautista Dovi Stoner and Lorenzo will fight it out at the front with Dani picing up the scraps, i would be surprised if Rossi beat Spies and think Bautista will will start slowly but should come up threw the positions after a few races. WSBK : Checa Laverty Rea Biagi Milandri Haslem The ducati is just to good with Checa, so the rest of the feild will play catch up but if there is anyone who i think could catch him it will be Laverty Last edited by Budthewiser; 11th February 2012 at 07:57 AM. |
