I'm 52 and only back on bikes 4 years after a 9 year break (had 4 sons goin' to Collage durin' those years and I could barley afford shoes let alone a bike

Christ most of ye are ancient, I'm only 26, but owned a bike since I'm 4, so 22 years experience, on the road since the day of me 16th bday, do I get a prize for being on bikes for 7/8 of me life????

First ride was a borrowed Puch back in 1970.
First off was a Puch back in 1970 - same day - ran into neighbour - target fixation.

First owned bike in 1997, '91 Kawasaki 550Ltd...

3 x Honda @'s since.

48 years old got first bike aul yammy 50 for the fields when i was about 8, had all sorts since then, first road bike was also a yammy 50 (not the same one) in 1978 or there abouts, - 33 odd years riding bikes on and off road.

Got my first bike at 14 years old. past test in 1962. Been on and off bikes since. Now I am 65 this year and still love freedom of the bike from the cage. The bike is old like me but we get on well together. It is a 1981 Goldwing interstate.GL1100.

44 in may and on bikes since i was 16. Started with a MZ 185 i think.
Heres the funny bit. I was on track at mondello from the age of 4.
My Ma (RIP) was a Red Cross Nurse and did the ambulance service for the bike racin in the 70s and 80s at Mondello.I used to hop in to the ambulance with the Ma and the ambulance driver and sit out on the middle of the track waitin for a spill.Great crack and forty years later, still bike mad.

49 years old - field bike @ 9, test 1979 (lapsed and have to go again), few years abscence (god those years were wasted), ice the only barrier (unless the BSA starts, then it's great crack)

Still riding, and I ain't planning on stopping either.
