Default Z master cylinder/caliper replacement kits

Anyone know how to dismantle a Z master cylinder to stick in replacement parts? The bike has been sitting for 20 years and the little MC piston is totally corroded, won't squirt air! Will a simple dismantle and clean in the garage do the trick or should I be thinking bout sonic cleaning or similar, same thing goes for my caliper, need to replace bits there too
